Dear Sir, We are a new private limited company incorporated in May'17. We are doing e-commerce of STQC approved Finger print Bio-metric devices. We have improved our process in the following manner: 1. We have collaborated with FedEx and India Post. This will enhance our reach to Small town and villages whereas our competitors have reached to Big Cities only. 2. We are selling on multi channel like our e-commerce website www.wisdomsuperwaves.com , www.amazon.in, Amazon FBA, our distributors whereas our competitors have limited 1-2 sales channel. 3. We offer USB 2.0 and mini USB whereas our competitors are selling only USB 2.0 only. 4. We are proving Technical help via email, phone, and Team viewer whereas our competitors are not providing any technical help to the customers. 5. To delight our customers, we have started COD all over India whereas our competitors do not have this facility. 6. We are proving open device which can be used for various Government schemes like Jeevan Pramaan, NDLM, CSC, Bhim AEPS, PayTm payment, SIM Activations whereas our competitors do not this type of device. 7. We are already executed 2700 orders with a turnover of 1.2 crore and we are recruiting more 7-8 nos people for technical support.
