Service Innovation: Created a unique methodology of executing car service and repairs in which we, the service provider, manage the car service and repair experience end to end, without accepting commissions from service centers. Being financially independent, we protect consumer interest, by not allowing unnecessary and sub standard work, and eliminating conflict of interest that arises when service centers recommend jobs to increase own profits, instead of consumer interest. Process Innovation: Created a new process that includes vehicle pickup by our own employees, scientific diagnosis, systematic updates to customers, stringent Quality Assurance (QA) process prior to vehicle delivery, backed by version controlled documentation. Internet reviews can be seen online, generated from customer delight since inception. Employment generation: Technician and Service Advisors hitherto had limited options within service centers and garages. now with our organization, they are already experiencing corporate work culture, respect and dignity, on time salaries, values and ethics driven work culture, exposure to international best practices, and a host of other benefits. The company is poised to grow and employ hundreds of skilled Technicians and Service Advisors within the next 3 years, all over India, with encouragement from both the Government and Customers. Over time, we also aspire to bring women in to this industry, which is woefully underrepresented by women at the moment.
