The WizTech Labs Startup is at the ideation stage. We're running a survey right now. Right now everyone in recruitment is aiming at the IT industry and B-School colleges. The reason may be the ticket size and the commission. No one is paying attention to those colleges, which are situated at Tier - II,III,IV cities. No company is going there for placement whether they are B.Com, B.Tech or MBA college. On the other hand, India's largest Manufacturing Industry recruits Million of freshers every year. But the students don't have the skill to easily adjust to the manufacturing environment. They don't have a basic knowledge of how this industry operates. We want to focus on these colleges and students of Tier II,III,IV cities where there is no placement. And make them Interview Ready and eventually Industry Ready. We want to design a program for them where they can opt-in online, take on-demand video lectures, and learn in their remaining time. We'll approach the Manufacturing Industries and let them know that we've quality students who have a basic understanding of the Manufacturing Industry, and help them to recruit in your industry. This will be a Win-Win situation for both. Students and Manufacturing Company. And it'll also boost the initiative by government of India of Make in India and Made in India.
