To undertake and provide teaching and training through Internet and related services, systems, technology, information and software development services and products, including hardware’s, to any person through agents, franchise, by any available means, in India or abroad including value added services such as interactive, Television, Internet, E-Mail, V-Sat, Telephony, Video Shopping, Entertainment, Infotainment, Video conferencing etc. and to establish links via. Satellite uplink and downlink through available reception systems. 2. To carry on in India or elsewhere the business to manufacture, design, develop, buy, sell, import, export or otherwise to deal in design, develop, market, and support software that delivers electronic education, coaching services and training applications includes courseware tutorials and test and assessment tools for teaching subjects. 3. To carry on the business of developing and maintaining online web portal or directory for providing details, information, solutions and services related to Education field including to design, develop, maintain, operate, own, establish, install, host, provide, create, facilitate, supply, sale, purchase or otherwise deal in Internet portals, Internet networks, E-commerce education. 4. To conduct education and consulting programs relating to various education and career opportunities viz. Primary, secondary and higher education, teaching, supplementary and preparatory classes online training, counselling, university admission services, administrative training, educational consultancy, human resource consultancy, management consultancy, placement services, public relation exercise and software consultancy including providing content and expertise on the internet. 5. To establish, set up, organize, maintain, support, and host online education portals, Individual Web Sites, Instant Messaging services, Internet Applications, Internet Business applications, Mobile Internet applications and services, running & managing/maintaining servers, Web Browsers, Web Design development, Web Site Promotion, Webmasters. 6. To hire and empanel faculty, teachers, subject experts and analysts to impart, promote, support, assist, aid and spread education in arts, literature, science, commerce, technology, all other fields of human interest and skill development through virtual learning programmes, online schooling and e-learning and to associate with affiliated schools, colleges, institutions, Educational Research Centres and other educational schemes and projects floated by the central and state government. Having given competitive exams ourselves like UPSC, CAT etc, we saw Exam prep today is un-engaging and inefficient. To study, students are dependent either on long tedious classroom lectures or on video based ed-tech apps that follow the same paradigm of pedagogy. This is a problem area that we saw people around us face. We as product managers decided to solve this problem by making exam prep engaging and efficient via micro-formats such as flashcards and hence formed this company. We are also part of the pre-incubation program of ISB DLabs called iSproute.
