Large organizations across the world and across industries catering to customers (external and internal) deploy or outsource to customer interaction centres to manage customer queries and requests. These centres are manpower intensive and are exposed to typical manpower management issues such as training, supervision and other employee related costs. Despite continuous training, supervision and performance incentives, organizations are unable to guarantee consistent, efficient and speedy response to customer queries. Further, language and ascent inconsistencies lead to inconsistent customer experience We intend to build a Digital Customer Service Automation platform (QKNCT) using an Artificial Intelligence that has the ability to process language commands or questions, respond with good information and present that information in human-like fashion. The platform will also evaluate the mood of the customer using sentiment analysis (using Machine Learning) and use this information to successfully handle customer grievance. based on the mood there is opportunity for up-sell/cross-sell too. Since our platform is built on digital and AI technologies, it is easily scalable and there will be ZERO wait time for customers who reach out to Customer Interaction Centres.
