In their own words

We are two fresh graduates in Computer Science and Engineering from Tezpur Central University, Assam. As our final year project, we developed a mobile application named 'Rokto Xonjivoni' to find a blood donor in close proximity. The mobile application is in the testing phase and it will be live soon. It will be free for the users and fully automated. While presenting our final year presentation, the panel suggested us to contemplate about going for a Start-Up to develop web application, mobile application, etc. We also wrote to our Pro Vice-Chancellor of Tezpur University and he suggested our names to CIIE(Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship), Tezpur University. Following their guidance, we registered a company under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India. We are also working on an e-commerce app to sustain our Start-Up. In the long run, we will be dealing in mainly web and mobile development, IoT, AI, etc. We will try to develop need-based solutions in various sectors like Health, Education, etc. The reason of applying for recognition under this scheme is because we are not much acquainted with the paperwork and other procedural things to run a company and thus we need mentoring. Also, we are neophytes in this domain. If we get recognized, it will be the first of its kind from our institution and it will inspire many other students who are willing to go for Start-Up.
