Xora Studios LLP is an emerging XR and EdTech startup based in Kerala, focused on building immersive virtual reality training simulations and contributing to India's growing AVGC-XR talent ecosystem. Our work spans three interconnected areas: 1. Proprietary Product Development Our flagship intellectual property is the VR Fire Response Training System (FRTS), a VR-based fire safety training platform built for Meta Quest. It replaces physical fire drills with realistic, repeatable virtual emergency scenarios, designed for deployment in educational institutions and corporate facilities. AI integration and performance analytics are planned for future development. FRTS is entirely self-developed IP, intended for B2B and B2G licensing. 2. Technology Education We conduct hands-on Unity and VR development workshops at engineering colleges across Kerala on an ongoing basis. We are currently in the process of launching a structured Diploma in AR/VR Development, with certification provided by IGNET, in collaboration with an educational institution. This program aims to build practical, industry-relevant XR skills and contribute to addressing the talent gap in India's AVGC sector. 3. Enterprise Services We execute custom VR simulation projects for corporate clients. Our current active engagement is a multi-module Aviation VR Training Simulator covering cabin crew and ground staff procedures, built on Meta Quest under a signed commercial agreement. We are in early discussions for additional B2B engagements and plan to expand our enterprise portfolio as current commitments are delivered. Xora Studios combines owned IP development, skill-building, and enterprise execution, aligned with India's national AVGC growth objectives.
