Yaduvansham is India's first fully managed event solutions brand, founded and headquartered in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We exist to solve the biggest pain point in India's ₹85,000 crore events industry — the chaos and unreliability of coordinating multiple vendors for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations. We operate as a managed marketplace where one booking with Yaduvansham covers everything — lighting, stage setup, sound systems, genset power backup, electrical infrastructure, decoration, and complete event logistics. Every service is delivered under our brand name with dedicated event managers, quality guarantees, and end-to-end accountability. Customers never deal with vendors directly — we own the experience completely. Our business model runs on four revenue streams — direct event bookings, yearly hotel and venue contracts, 12% vendor commissions, and large-scale government and concert event projects. We have successfully executed government cultural events including Vikram Utsav and Hastshilp Mela for the Madhya Pradesh government, and provided event infrastructure for celebrity concerts including Sonu Nigam, Kailash Kher, Shreya Ghoshal, Pritam, and Vishal Mishra. Currently live and operating across Indore, Bhopal, Ujjain, and Mumbai with partnerships across 10 plus venue partners including Atharva Hotel and Resort, ISKCON Temple, Kalidas Academy, and multiple marriage gardens across MP. Our asset-light, city-replicable model is built to expand to 20 plus Indian cities within 24 months, targeting the 400 million people in Tier-2 and Tier-3 India who deserve premium reliable event experiences but have never had access to an organized trusted brand. Yaduvansham is not just an event company. We are building the infrastructure layer India's celebrations have always needed.
