We have started in the business an Online Food Aggregator and delivery startup with a unique set of customers not served by existing aggregators and specific USPs. We have done our validation by reaching out to a large set of outlets in a few different markets with our proposition and have been welcomed by them in principal. Based on the validation on our model, we are currently in the midst of the software development, which also is now getting ready with finishing touches and ready for UAT in this month of September 21. Once product is fully ready for launch we will start with two markets comprising of one Tier 1 city and another large tier 2 city and scale up from there. Since our USPs make us different and technically we are not on any direct conflict with the other large players in the market, we have little competition in an existing market and as a principle we have decided to grow organically and steadily.
