Yasham bio-medical waste management In the present context environmental protection is major concern in the whole world. Degradation of environment has been targeted now and then, yet awareness is lacking to the full extent. Thus, Yasham aims at the better technological innovations to be adopted for the protection of environment. Yasham aims at better information to be the sources to lawyers, researchers, policy makers, policy implementers, medical practitioners and also common man as it identifies and evaluates the law and effective control mechanism relating to bio-medical waste management. • Yasham aims at providing significance to the lawmakers as it provides the possible solutions to the lacunae in the present system in protecting possible ways to regulate the bio-medical waste. • Yasham aims at providing useful information to the prospective readers as it provides complete awareness and knowledge on bio-medical waste management with its implication and regulation. Yasham realized on few problems which were identified during the intense research study like Law has not kept pace with the growing health hazards due to dumping of bio medical wastes. The human and veterinary research activities yet lack proper management and regulation. The present method of treatment of the bio-medical wastes is not satisfactory as many hospitals and dispensaries and treatment plants do not have adequate infrastructures and finally. The lack of technological innovations and costly mechanisms has led to non –implement ability of the technical devices and thus leading to environmental degradation at all levels. • Yasham has focused on the Empirical (field) Study conducted during intense research work and has collected ground realities of the Management of Bio Medical Waste in the Health Care Establishments and the study also suggests the various implementable solutions for the problems recognized. The unethical way of disposal of the House-Hold Bio Medical Waste into Municipal dustbin is never considered as dangerous and thought about its adverse and irreparable impacts on health and environment by public as well as by the Government since the inception of laws on Environmental Protection and Health Science. • Yasham focuses on Waste Management Laws on Menstrual Hygiene Management which is emerging trend and necessity in the present day context that are not reflected and has no legal rules in my Country except certain guidelines on Menstrual Hygiene Management which is the highly burning and sensitive issues of the world. • Yasham aims at training programs and awareness programs as best tools and methods that should be adopted to reach ultimate success with target oriented goals.
