Energy is a necessary demand for further economic progress and in providing a standard vitality for the community. Due to the fast increasing depletion of energy in industry and in commercial in the recent years, a big deficiency on the currently used resources such as the natural gas, fossil fuels, coal and crude oil are now prevailing. Thus, the need for searching possible substitute resources of energy is now very active. The current scenario is getting worse on a yearly basis, because we can see a lot of climatic changes, which includes increase in water levels, due to melting of glaciers and rise in global temperatures across the world. In the next 30-35 years we could bear witness to a lot of cities across the world, could go underwater due to climatic changes.This can only be delayed when we stop using fossil fuels altogether, because this sector along with the concrete industry is one of the major contributors to pollution and waste generation and thus needs to be replaced by renewable sources of energy. 2 India is implementing one of the world's largest program in renewable energy. It is estimated to replace two-thirds of India's natural gas imports, which currently stands at 429 billion cubic feet. In July 2016, the Waste to Energy Division of MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy) launched a programme on energy from urban, industrial and agricultural wastes and residues which aims to promote setting up of projects for recovery of energy in the form of biogas, Bio-CNG and enriched biogas from urban, industrial, and agricultural wastes. Our organization's main objective is to make our nation to be independent from non-renewable sources of energy, and also aims to produce renewable sources of energy in the form of Biogas, Bio-CNG, PNG for Domestic, commercial and industrial purposes. And also aims to produce organic fertilizers and many other products which can be used in various sectors across India. 3 The main feed stock of this technology is Napier grass. The reason behind using grass as a feed stock, is that it is a C4 perennial grass and can be cultivated during the drought seasons as well as on an yearly basis, due to its water retention capability, because Napier grass being part of the C4 family does not respire water vapor, which is an very important factor. Napier grass along with cow dung, food and agricultural waste is also being used to produce biogas. The process being used to carry out the production of bio-CNG from Napier grass is mainly known as anaerobic digestion. The use of this digestion has been carried out for many years in small and large scale sectors respectively. Biogas is the main product of MBTG ith generation technology and is produced when fermentable organic materials such as cow dung, Napier grass, agricultural wastes, food waste, etc. are subjected to the digestion process. The byproduct which includes bio-slurry which can be used as an bio fertilizer, which helps in increasing the soil fertility, water retention and thereby, replacing chemical fertilizers which is harmful to the environment. Hence, it is very much necessary to find an alternative source of energy, because either fossil fuels are going to exhaust or the same fossil fuel, will lead to destruction across the world. Hence, the study on bio energy is important from a future point of view. 4 Our main objective is to produce produce renewable source of energy. We aims to replace fossil fuels with renewable compressed Biogas. Our primary product CNG can be directly used in existing vehicles with some modifications. Our product can be used for domestic, commercial and Industrial purpose. Our product can be directly sold to existing fuel stations. Top leading petroleum companies like IOCL, BPCL, HPCL has invited EOI (Expression of Interest/ EOI No. CBG01, dated on 1st October 2018 system ID 46978) from organizations like us under SATAT (sustainable Alternative towards Affordable Transportation). Our another product rich quality Bio fertilizer in the form of solid and liquid slurry can be used in agricultural sector.
