YMW Foods Private Limited is an agritech and food innovation startup focused on advanced climate controlled mushroom cultivation and value added food processing. Our objective is to build a sustainable and scalable modern agriculture ecosystem that supports nutritional demand and rural employment in India. We are developing an integrated mushroom production model using scientific growing environments, efficient substrate utilization and technology based monitoring systems to enable consistent high yield and high quality production across seasons. Our approach helps overcome supply chain instability, uncontrollable weather dependency and post harvest losses faced by traditional growers. Along with fresh mushroom production we plan to introduce value added products such as dried mushrooms, mushroom powder and other processed healthy food alternatives which are in high demand in wellness food and institutional markets. Our mission is to create a reliable and standardized food system that improves farmer income opportunities in rural Haryana while strengthening the availability of clean protein rich nutrition for Indian consumers. The business model is scalable nationwide and aligns with sustainability, agri innovation and Make in India objectives.
