Summary Two main problems of Indian Farmers are lack of resources & technical knowledge and lack of selling skills. We will extend our support at farm level as well as to market their produce and develop a complete Agri Professional farmer. The Business We develop centres where we address both problems- Lack of Resources & technical knowledge and selling skills. These centre will established at rural areas as well as urban areas, in rural areas these centres will extend technical support and resources like Seeds, Agrochemical, Machinery and other farm inputs etc. and in urban areas these centre provide kitchen gardening support and sell farm produce with value addition to direct to customers on the profit sharing basis with farmers. Through this model, we can solve monetary problem of farmers because of this monetary problem they are taking wrong decisions related to their farming. The Market Market is entire India for this concept/Idea but we choose Uttar Pradesh (a state or province of India, UP) for Pilot Project after that we can replicate everywhere and anywhere. We choose three districts in UP, AGRA, Meerut and Shahjhanpur. Agra:- Mainly Potato & Vegetable cropped area, there is need of strong technical support and same time we can value add to the farm produce and get good price by establish small processing units. Meerut: - Sugarcane & Vegetable cropped area. For sugarcane farmers are dependent on Sugar mills, some time sugarcane farmers are gone through in very bad economical conditions due to price of sugarcane. We can process sugarcane like Juice, Kheer (Sweet rice) and Vinegar etc. to get good price. Shahjhanpur: - Sugarcane, Wheat & Paddy cropped area. Same way here also we can extend technical support as well as value add to farm produce and get good price. Here wheat is good opportunity, we can process it and get good price from market. These districts are having Sugarcane, Wheat, Paddy & vegetable crops, we can extend technical support as well as values add to the farm produce to get good price of farm produce. We will help farmers to get good farm produce from existing farm practice as well as we will help them to start new farm bossiness like- alternative crops, Animal husbandry, Poultry farming etc. uniqueness of this model is profit sharing with farmers so middle man will remove and farmers will get directly benefited and it will generate employment at local level to other resident also. Progress: - We have registered our company as Private limited company and initiated mandatory government licensing at local offices. We have started farmer contacts and communicating them about our concept, it creates awareness about our concept and generate database for us. Recently we recognised as a startup by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion. Objective/ Future:- We want to create a linkage between farmers & end users (Consumers) so that farmers can get value added Price of their produce and Consumers can get quality product direct from farmers. First we establish these centres in important cities of agriculture importance and later on expand these centres each and every districts of UP. We will develop 75 centres in next 3 years. We will hire some industry experts, retired scientists and agencies that will help us to scale up our concept and visualisation. We develop two departments in our company, one is technical department that extends its support to the farmers on technical side, and second department is marketing department that extends it support towards marketing function to the farmers as well as to end consumers also. Technical department, we will hire or engage scientists, agronomists, research institutes, nodal agencies and renowned companies which can help us to improve our concept and services. Marketing department, we will hire or engage marketing professionals, marketing agencies that can extend their support towards all marketing related activities like- purchase of Inputs & sales of finish products in broader terms. Done test marketing and received very good response from the farmers and end consumers. 4. It will help farmers to take decisions about their farm & farm produce. 5. Removal of middle man to purchase of farm input & sells of produce. The Deal:- We can consider both kind investment proposal either equity or Loan. In equity funding we can offer up to 40% shares, we will accept all kind of suggestions, guidance, advices and even every decision will be taken with the consent of investor but working management will be in our hands. In loan investment, we are looking a very low interest rate and looking for at least one year for no repayment time so that we can develop our concept, investor has no right to interference in our business in loan investment condition.
