Backed by a dream and led by a vision, Mr. Balaji Manickam is the true grandmaster and Fashion designer behind the birth of Yukba. Yukba Designer Studio launched its first shopping store in BG road, Bangalore along with an online shopping site. Yukba is bliss for all ambitious fashion enthusiasts, with its wide range of collection right from high end customized bridal wears to ethnic wears. Likewise, this mind blowing fashion corner for women will absolutely satisfy your passion and need for high fashioned casual wear, street wear, western wear and Indo-western. Mr. Balaji Manickam, the man behind Yukba, found his passion for fashion at the tender age of 14. Learning the most important and basic craft of cutting and sewing form his parents as they own a small Tailor made shop in the city. This self-taught fashion enthusiast earned his graduation in Business Studies and entered into fashion designing through IIFT Bangalore while balancing his job in one of Indian’s biggest online store, Flipkart. Later on, the fashion spirit in Mr. Balaji urged him to own a small boutique in the city, while managing 3 employees. For the past 7 years, he met all the fashion requirement of his clients brought smiles and satisfaction through-out, and earned by a good number of client based in South India. Now, with all this experiences and talent he owns an in house team of 45 employees and more than 300 outsourced employees. Some of the best craft men’s in India including zardozi work, embroidery work, fabric painting, block printing, dying and weavers are now working for Yukba’s new collections. Handpicked and customised designs, by the designer himself especially for all fashion enthusiasts India, who want a change, can look forward towards Yukba clothing line for classy and elegant pieces that can be added to their wardrobe available from this New Year.
