Since its inception, the company has received support from many small firms, self-help groups, individuals, and larger companies and industries, who have joined hands with Z Black Diamond Agarwood in the inoculation project of over 200,000 trees. The Government of Assam & Tripura has also recognized the company's efforts and advised the local people to take advantage of this opportunity to make the most of their natural resources and achieve self-sufficiency. The inoculated agarwood chips produced by Z Black Diamond are in high demand in the Indian, Asian, and Gulf markets. The company has been exporting agarwood chips and oil to countries such as India, Bangladesh, Thailand, Bhutan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Europe.
