The first online and one stop hub for all hospitality learning solutions. MyHotelSchool was conceived to offer innovative learning solutions to hospitality industry in a personalized and customized manner to suit varying needs of the learners. The two pillars of this initiative are as follows: 1. Courses offered in Online and Offline modes 2. Gamification – Learning thru Online Simulations 1. Courses Offered in Online and Offline modes A diverse set of short term, speciality certificate courses encompassing all operational areas of hotel and restaurant business as well as the wider hospitality industry would be offered. These courses would be offered both in Online Only mode and Fusion mode. In Fusion mode, a course is delivered as a mix of online and offline content and instruction delivery. A diverse team of instructors, representing an international mix would serve as members of our Faculty Team. A fully integrated and comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) will enable delivery of the online content. We aim to offer value proposition to various segments of Learners – someone planning to launch a career, current industry professional seeking upskilling and reskilling solutions, someone out of the industry and wishing to improve their knowledge of various concepts of the industry. 2. Gamification – Learning thru Online Simulations An innovative new concept that will introduce the next generation learning solutions to the industry. A wide range of online simulations, covering all subject areas of hospitality education will provide as an efficient tool to enhance overall knowledge of all practical aspects of operations. Offered in a subscription model, an individual or an institution could derive value for their ongoing training and learning purposes. In addition to the above mentioned two pillars, MyHotelSchool will diversity its core value proposition into FY 2020-21 to further serve the hospitality industry.
