ZAPTAX ADVISORS PRIVATE LIMITED (“ZAPTAX”) is into providing consultancy, advisory services and registration services relating to Taxation, Accountancy, Business Setup, Corporate Law Compliance and Intellectual Property matters and more in hassle free manner, thereby making the businesses focus on their core business functions and competencies while we support them in their corporate compliance management function. Compliance and Regulatory regime in the country is undergoing a robust change, which though is primarily focused on ease of doing of business but since compliance neither a domain nor a forte of a businessman, it takes significant time, efforts and resources of businesses to understand, implement and thereafter report the compliances. ZAPTAX has the objective of providing the aforesaid services in a hassle free manner, thereby making the businesses focus on their core business functions and competencies while we support them in their corporate compliance management function. The business idea of ZAPTAX is moving from traditional to non- conventional approach in terms of deliverables in the Legal, Taxation, Advisory, IPR Protection & other allied services in the field of business and corporate compliance management.
