Mental health is a huge concern around the world, and India is not far behind. When we look at developments in the field of mental health, it appears that the pace is slow. India has made little progress in providing mental health services due to the stigma attached to the same, we often find the majority of individuals who seem to be hesitant to openly speak about their mental state or their sufferings. Corporate health, a lack of awareness of alternative healing strategies to tackle holistic challenges, and so on are some of the primary difficulties. As a result, the time has come to consider the paradigm of mental health awareness as a means of eliminating stigma, improving prevention, ensuring early detection, and promoting easy and practical solutions that can be accessible to all.
