By using more automated tools in the recruitment and talent acquisition process, we reduce by more than 37.3% the total time taken by a candidate to apply and being shortlisted by our internal bots. Also, based on the skills required for the new jobs, a candidate is rated and given a chance to brush up or learn new skills which increases his/her chance of getting selected in the new jobs with the organization. The upskilling of the candidates on newer skills enhances their marketability in the open Indian economy.
