Company Overview Zencharge is a company that owns and commercializes a revolutionary technology that generates clean, renewable energy from plants. Our technology is based on the multi-faceted applications of plant generated electricity. The primary application of our technology we are selling is an electricity generating bio wall. Other applications in development that we plan on making available include electricity producing green roofs, gardens, and hydroponic systems. We are promoting plant generated electricity both as a new form of energy production and as a new sector of renewable energy. With our technology we also aim to broaden how we can integrate cleantech into our electricity fueled world. By pursuing this more directly natural means of generating electricity, we further project that our products can significantly alleviate environmental issues, namely pollution, excess carbon dioxide emissions, and fossil fuel costs and wastes. As a cleantech startup we are trying to expand the renewable energy industry globally by helping pioneer the growing cleantech market in Singapore, Spain, and Australia, etc. We project that most of our initial sales would involve clientele representing institutions undergoing constructive projects that could readily demonstrate our products. Such institutions include malls, universities, research establishments, and science centers. Given that our products encompass constructive implementations, our company is making efforts to establish business cooperations with real estate companies. As a cleantech company, our efforts are aimed towards helping found a cleaner, greener world, and to providing the energy needed to sustain the progression, not regression, of urban advancement. Our natural competitors are fossil fuel providers, or any representative of such thereof. However, our intention at an energy output level was never to replace conventional energy provisions, but to viably provide enough electricity to address the main appliances of energy consumption, namely lighting or other essential electricity-consuming facility applications, 24/7. Our product is not subject to indoor or outdoor restrictions, or to set operating times, and it boasts installation versatility capable of occupying any plane of 3-dimensional space. Our product is thus capable of both alleviating and cooperating with conventional energy sources. Product Overview The product with which our company is making its debut is an electricity producing plant wall. The technology our products highlight involves a system capable of harnessing and converting electrons that are emitted by universal microorganisms that naturally exist around plant roots. Our products demonstrate the utilization of the best researched ratios and types of plants suited to harvesting electricity without invoking any negative effects on the plants themselves. Our bio-wall design employs a HVAC system that allows our arrangement of plants to operate self-sustainingly. Essentially being a wall of plants capable of producing considerable energy, our product takes full advantage of vertical space, and is not tied to time of day or indoor/outdoor requirements as an energy producing entity. Our product was hence designed with the purpose of expanding the versatility of cleantech installations in 3-dimensional space. Alternative product concepts we are reviewing either to improve our debut product, or to introduce as a separate product line, include green roof systems, utilizations of exotic flora via gardens, and hydroponics. We have developed a working rudimentary model for our principle technology, demonstrated as an array of plants methodically linked by wires to power small LED lights, proving that we are indeed capable of generating electricity from living plants. Our upcoming stages of development involve optimizing our technology and adapting it into our envisioned model for sale. We are testing the best environments and plants with which we could best utilize our technology, and have successfully limited our selection of plants to ones that have especially fibrous root networks and that could survive in excessively aqueous environments. Our Goals By the end of our first year as an industry, we plan to have organized a system that supervises our manufacturing and dispatching units. At this time, we are working towards broadening our pool of investors and associates, and towards determining our clientele. Our primary product concern involves attaining the necessary funds and body of specialists to advance to the final stages of development for our product, thereby laying the foundation for the establishment of our manufacturing department.
