Zenvia Health Private Limited operates Sugar360, a connected diabetes care company. Diabetes is a lifelong condition that has to be managed every day, but care for it is delivered as occasional clinic visits, leaving patients on their own in between. Sugar360 is built to close that gap. We work at the intersection of clinical science, technology, and behavioural science, bringing structured clinical care, a technology platform that keeps patients supported at home, and the behavioural support that helps them stay on track into one continuous system, with the doctor at the centre. And we deliver it through doctors themselves, enabling clinicians in tier-2 and tier-3 towns to own and run structured diabetes care centres in places that have never had them.
