Zomnor Worknet is a Digital Centric Lab dedicated to delivering solutions in the area of managing IT projects, project distribution and Self-learning using a subscription model as well as a project-based model to create a platform for empowering students, freelancers and employees. We at Zomnor employ a B2B and B2C method to ensure maximum satisfaction and delivery output to our clients and always look for new ideas to innovate in the above-mentioned sectors. Our vision is to develop a system where everything is well connected and suited to their specific roles and to constantly deliver commercially efficient solutions based on cooperation between a highly diverse workforce and the clients availing our services. In project distribution, we employ the services of Freelancers, Employees and Trainees to work on projects accepted from clients. Using B2B and B2C method, we ensure that both businesses and clients are served as required. As Zomnor acquires a project, based on our software and dashboard system, it is then automatically forwarded to an employee or a freelancer as deemed appropriate by the system managers. Clients cannot choose any individual/team/company to whom they want to award the contract. Neither an employee/a freelancer/a trainee can choose projects as they desire but they can only reject projects if they don't find it suitable. In the Subscription model, companies will sign up for a quarterly or an annual contract, within which their projects will be handled by people under Zomnor Worknet. In the project-based model, businesses, individuals and companies can benefit from our services for their specific projects, similar to one-time contracts. In our Self-Learning platform, we are offering students, individuals to avail self-learning facilities via the subscription model. At our dedicated centres, such students/individuals can access two modes of this platform, an Online Library section full of resources, books, manuals, videos etc and a Track System where they get access to core topics or Bunch topics as we call it, akin to a defined book or a syllabus. This self-learning scheme offers a diverse range of topics covering almost all areas of study/interest. There is a basic model which offers a Library facility and track system. There is a Plus programme offering an opportunity to work on real-time online projects to gain field experience along with everything that's being offered in the basic programme. Last but not the least, we have Zomnor Degree programme which offers all the benefits of Basic and Plus programme along with an opportunity to get certified as a Zomnor professional after finishing the desired courses and also get a chance to work with us.
