To carry on the business of extracting or manufacturing or producing synthetic edible, inedible or vegetable oil either by crushing or by chemical or any other process from mustered ,copra, cottonseed, linseed, castor seed, groundnuts, oil or any other nut or seed or other oil- Bearing substance whatsoever.
