Zyelum SCM Solutions Private Limited is a deep-tech sustainable materials startup developing patented technologies that transform Construction & Demolition (C&D) waste and other industrial by-products into high-performance, low-carbon raw materials for the cement and construction industries.Our first innovation, NewAge SCM, is a patent-pending Supplementary Cementitious Material (SCM) that replaces up to 60% clinker in cement or 20% cement in concrete , significantly reducing CO₂ emissions, energy use, and production costs. The technology has been validated by the Global Cement and Concrete Association (GCCA), which represents nearly 70% of global cement production, and we are in discussions with leading cement and RMC manufacturers for pilot trials and adoption.Zyelum’s model combines deep-tech IP, digital traceability tools, and FOCO (Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated) micro-plant networks to localize material production near waste sources and manufacturing hubs.Our mission is to decarbonize construction materials by replacing non-renewable inputs with renewable, waste-derived alternatives, enabling a cleaner, circular, and more resource-efficient construction ecosystem for India and beyond.
