Zynn.ai is a social commerce startup solving a real problem. Most people discover beauty products through reels and social media, but the journey from discovery to purchase is broken. Search tools are clunky, product links are missing, and checkout is rarely seamless. As a result, while eight out of ten people discover products online, only a fraction actually buy them. We built Zynn to make that journey effortless. When users share any beauty reel with us on Instagram, our AI identifies the products, builds the cart, and sends a direct link to buy, all within seconds. What makes this unique is that the link opens a cart hosted by us, not a redirect. From this single cart, customers can choose which e-commerce platform they want to buy each product from. Whether it’s Nykaa, tira, or another partner, users can mix and match from multiple platforms and check out, all in one place. Most importantly, users don’t have to leave Instagram. They discover a product, share it like they would a meme, get their cart instantly, and make the purchase, all while staying in the flow. That’s the experience we’re building. Our solution is built around how people actually shop today: instantly, impulsively, and socially. We work with e-commerce partners to fulfill orders and earn a commission on every successful transaction. We’re currently validating the product. The MVP is almost ready, we are testing it, and integrations with fulfilment partners are in progress. Our initial focus is on India’s beauty market, where social content directly influences over ₹24,000 crore in annual spending. Zynn was founded by Sanyam Prithani, a graduate in Strategy from the University of St. Gallen. We’re a small, focused team building a product that connects inspiration to action in real time. Our goal is to make social media shoppablenot as a trend, but as a daily habit that actually works.
