AmpliNxt Foundation is India’s first industry-anchored startup incubator focused exclusively on innovation across the built environment lifecycle, spanning Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) sectors. Established in 2021 as an initiative of SoftTech Engineers Limited, a global technology company serving the construction and infrastructure industry, AmpliNxt aims to accelerate technology adoption and entrepreneurship within one of the world’s largest yet under-digitized economic sectors.The foundation supports early-stage startups developing solutions in Construction Technology (ConTech), Infrastructure Technology (InfraTech), PropTech, AI/ML, BIM, GIS, Digital Twins, smart infrastructure, and circular economy applications, including sustainable construction materials, resource efficiency, and waste-to-value innovations.Through structured incubation, domain-led mentorship, industry integration, pilot access, and investor engagement, AmpliNxt enables startups to validate, commercialize, and scale solutions addressing productivity, sustainability, and lifecycle efficiency challenges across infrastructure development and operations.By bridging startups with industry, government, academia, and ecosystem partners, AmpliNxt fosters commercialization-ready innovations contributing to resilient, sustainable, and technology-enabled infrastructure development in India and global markets.
