At Instade, we follow a complete handholding for the startups starting from their Ideation level. We follow our 7 Signature steps and also educate the startups to follow the same to achieve the optimum advantage of the ecosystem. The 7 signature steps are: Step 1 - Self Evaluation Step 2- Analyzing the industry Step 3- Making it legal Step 4- Proper execution and allocation of work Step 5- Business promotion and updation Step 6- Auditing and compliance Step 7- Fund raising and diversification We server startups in the following ways : · Mentoring o Validating their Ideas o Putting the ideas to work o Collaborating with the industry experts to validate the Ideas and workability and viability of the same o Guiding the startups to follow the right paths and to manage the business efficiently · On the Legal and Compliance Part o We support startup and guide them for effective legal identity o Handling all their day to day compliances o Guiding them for the tax benefits under various acts o Helping them to safeguard their innovations under various IPR acts. · On the Development & Marketing Part o Out Digital Marketing vertical and associates help startups to Market themselves including their PR Plans o Helping the startups in making their Go-to-Market strategies o As we are having a pool of developers too, which act as mentors as well as freelancers be it on paid or equity sharing basis to the startups which helps them for getting their web or software developments done · On the Funding Part o We help startups in finding the right ways with funding. § Either we refer them to the Incubation Centres, VC, AIFs or Angel Investors for their seed funding requirements § Or, we help them liaison with banks and other financial institutions so that they can get the initial kick-start based on their credit scores also. With this acceleration centre we aim to provide the Startups a Single Window solution starting from the initial handholding to the funding stage. We are also in lines to create an AI & Blockchain based portal wherein various Independent Directors and other intellectuals can together upraise the ecosystem with distribution of various equity or debt based instruments which are having their definitions confined to ACTs only but on grounds has not been implemented yet. Under this initiative we are in lines to connect and have an MoU with various VCF, AIF, AI and other market makers. We already have a pool of Merchant Bankers, Insolvency Professionals, Registered Valuers, RTAs and other allied entity to make this initiative a successful one. Therefore, now the organization is aspiring to become an Accelerator to handhold Startups in each step with training, mentoring, validation as well as funding oppurtunities.
