IPEC- TBI FOUNDATION, A SECTION 8 COMPANY - A BUSINESS INCUBATOR To fulfil the farsightedness of the vision and mission of the institute which includes the fostering of research, innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship spirit, IPEC-TBI Technology Business Incubator /IIEC (Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship center) cell is established since Year 2009. IPEC-TBI is a sector agonistic, women centric Business Incubator approved by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology under GENESIS scheme. IPEC-TBI works with the objective of promoting entrepreneurship, innovation and self-employment among the students. II&EC has also established E-Cell under the aegis of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow and E-Cell approved by E-Cell IIT Bombay being run by a student’s committee under the guidance of three designated faculty mentors. This cell conducts variety of activities and workshops for college students to provide the platform to ignite the creative thinking and ignite innovative skills among students. Through such activities E-Cell is creating a culture of generating Innovative Ideas which may be further nurtured in to commercially viable products with the support of Incubation facilities at campus. Innovation Incubation Entrepreneurship Center (MSME approved) and IPEC-TBI facilities exists in the institute to promote entrepreneur and innovation culture.
