3. ETHICAL MODEL OF VCCI is based on legendary Chanakya’s verses (Kautilya Sutras) on Propounded Actions, Ethos and Philosophical Underpinning of Management. Also, our Projects are based on thought process of “Rebuild India” by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Swami Vivekanand; this makes us quite different than other Chambers of Commerce or Associations. 4. To perform organized MSME development activities, we sort and treat our members or prospects based on their stages viz. Seed, Start Up, Scale Up, Expansion and Maturity. Our programs are uniquely developed based on Kautilya Sutras as follows: A. ETHICS AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING through “Nishchay.today”: According to Chanakya, Basis of Accomplishment of Set of Tasks is Ethics (Sukhasya Mulam Dharmah, where we consider that, ”Sukha” for any Entrepreneur is Accomplishment of Set of Tasks and “Dharmah” means Set of Ethics/Constitution/Code of Conduct of Company). The training programs or sessions are further classified in two parts viz. “Pre-Establishment Training” and “Post-Establishment Training”. B. RESOURCE AND INFORMATION SERVICE THROUGH “ERIA” (ERIA - Essential Resource and Information Allocation): According to Chanakya, Basis of Ethics is Resources (Dharmasya Mulam Arthah, where we consider “Dharma“ is Set of Ethics and “Arth” as Resources). The information allocation (related to Business, Strategies and Schemes of Government etc.) would be a supplementary service with Resources. C. BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT through VCCI’s “District Committees”: According to Chanakya, Basis of Resources is Kingdom (Arthasya Mulam Rajyam, where we consider that, “Arth” as Resources and “Kingdom” is VCCI including our District Committees and Members). Becoming Resourceful is most important part in business establishment process, and is necessary to take actions to make fruitful investment, deals, and bonding. At VCCI, we establish two District Committees categorized for “Micro and Small Enterprises” and “Medium and Large Enterprises”, through this channel the businesses and traders will come under unified environment to accomplish any task, arbitration and conciliation requirements or “Need-Do” interaction will take place. The following services will be voluntarily supplemented through District Committees – I. Registration of Company II. Licensing III. Registration at Government Portals or Flagship Schemes IV. Business Valuation, Verification and Inspection V. Arbitration and Conciliation D. WEALTH CREATION and EMPLOYMENT through “District Committees”: According to Chanakya, Basis of Kingdom is Conquering on Bodily Organs (Rajyasya Mulam Indriya Jayah, where we consider, “Kingdom” is “VCCI Family” and “Indriya” as “Members”). The main ideology here is to avail underpinning management ethos by organizing experts, veterans, skilled workers for businesses which obviously led to wealth creation and employment at District Levels. E. SPECIAL PROGRAMS through “District Committees”: According to Chanakya, Conquering of Bodily Organs is rooted in Humility (Indriya Jayasya Mulam Vinayah, where we consider, “Indriya” as Members and “Vinaya” is “Set of programs to be followed by members”). To bring this about, VCCI’s District Committees will run following supplementary programs for established businesses in unique way: I. Mind Development Programs (MDPs): MDPs are further classified in two ways 1. Sequential Mental Health Development (SMHD) - Monthly 2. Competitive and Challenge Contests (CCC) – Quarterly II. Entrepreneurial Intellect Development Program (EIDP): This program will help urban and semi urban entrepreneurs to learn about business ethos and how code of conduct should be made in accordance to be successful in business. Recent study showed that lack of intellectual capabilities led to failure of startups and this is big problem at village level entrepreneurs who don’t have proper resource to get training before they start business, thought of “Business is very risky thing to do” or “Business is not for ordinary people” is a result of having no intellect about how business is properly done. To run MDPs, VCCI can also make alliances with similar non profit organizations who run unique programs e.g. Brahma Kumaris organization run Yogik Kheti, VCCI can make alliance to avail this kind of program to interested agripreneurs through MDP. F. WEB BASED COUNSELLING through “ERIA – Essential Resource and Information Allocation”: According to Chanakya, Root of Humility is in the serving of elders (Vinayasya Mulam Vruddhopseva, where we consider Vinaya as “Set of Programs” and “Vruddhopseva” as serving to learned or veteran experts). ERIA can be door opening for EXPERTS and GOVERNMENT EXECUTIVES to express their wordily knowledge and avail counseling to entrepreneurs or prospects in single effort.
