Vesvasvaraya Technological University, Belagavi has established Section 8 Company under Companies Act, 2013 in the name of “Visvesvaraya Research and Innovation Foundation”. VTU has a total of 211 colleges including affiliated and autonomous institutions. About 16, 00,000 students have graduated from the inception. Currently, we have 2, 50,000 + students studying under the VTU umbrella. In today's rapidly evolving global landscape, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship is crucial for the sustainable growth and development of a nation but when it comes to entrepreneurship, tier-1 cities often receive considerable attention and resources but we believe that tier-2 cities are equally capable of producing groundbreaking ideas and talented entrepreneurs. Keeping these in parameters, We are creating an entrepreneurship ecosystem across tier 2 and tier 3 locations. we are very keen in supporting like-minded entrepreneurs by creating a cohesive environment across the state through our regional centers.
