We are the first start-up whose focus in 'Skill based Bidding' for the products and services under the platform named Bidzapp. We would use proprietary mobile application, website, and other digital channels for online, electronic, digital or web-based auctions of products and services for users in India. Users can access the Bidzapp Platform by using mobile and internet-based smart phones, tablet computers, computers, passenger entertainment system devices, and similar electronic devices. Bidzapp is a platform that also allows brands to engage with consumers in a fun and disruptive fashion. Bidzapp would be conducting online auctions of various products on its platforms. Brands who participate in such auctions on our platform will have the opportunity to widen their sales footprint and reach a wider group of customers for a variety of their products—while reducing their individual marketing and promotion efforts.
