1stly thank you for showing your interest in investing in our vision, we are a group of professionals in the Hospitality and Alo-Bev industry. The vision of 1873 Brewing Co. is to open craft beer tap rooms across Mumbai with 2 – 3 Outlet owned by the Brand and then franchise the model with another F&B enthusiast, Once we reach our volumes of Beer consumption, our target is to set up a brewery in Karjat (Maharashtra) this will enable us in building the Value and also with the Volumes with our own franchise and outlet model help us with the working cost of the Brewery. As of now we are a start-up and had launched our 1st outlet in Vile Parle East, near the Domestic Airport but due to Land load asking for high rent and the situation of the F&B market in Mumbai we had to hand over the place back to the owners. But with the pilot project we could create some brand Recall with the same, we have multiple places and outlets offered to us by high-end real estate owners and developers in Mumbai. As I mentioned in my work the aim is to become and Craft Beer company but with all microbreweries in Maharashtra struggling to reach the minimum volumes we can enter the market with White Labelling Model between us and the brewers till we reach our volumes and then start with our brewery.
