21 century polymers pvt ltd is a community led integrated waste management, recycling and recycling machinery manufacturing company. The key objectives are: - Collect, segregate and recycle all type’s plastics, including multi-layered plastics (MLP). Recycling of plastics gives the plastics life after life and ensure fewer virgin plastics in the market ; and is based on the circularity principles of material cost effectiveness, resource optimization, and efficiency, including material value addition. - Develop MLP waste recycling machines for decentralized Material Recovery Facilities. - Create synergy with the Ministry of Environment Forests & Climate Change (MoEFCC), Government of India (GOI) revised MSW (M&H) Rules, 2000 and renamed it ‘Solid Waste Management (SWM) Rules, 2016’. The revised Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) MSWM Manual, 2000. - Believe that the Solid Waste Management (MSW) Rules of 2016, - that landfill should only be used for “non-usable, no recyclable, non-biodegradable, non-combustible and non-reactive inert waste, and pre-processing rejects and residues from waste processing facilities”; The rules further state that “every effort shall be made to recycle or re use the rejects to achieve the desired objective of zero waste to landfill”. - Integrate the social and financial inclusion and women empowerment, increased jobs and incomes of waste pickers, informal sector, small aggregators and small to medium scrap dealers, traders and suppliers. - Clear focus on the trends in consumption and production systems in India.
