We M/s. 212 Biltmore Hospitality Private Limited is a hospitality company which has been operating chain of hotels and restaurants and has a vision to streamline the existing haphazard way of operations of Hospitality industry. The promoters of this company are having a vast experience in Hospitality Industry and combining their decades of experience together they have joint hands to resolve a problem statement that hospitality industry has been facing since very long time now. Currently agencies like OYO and Treebo has bought all the Hotels on their respective platforms and have provided a unified portal wherein the customers can choose a hotel for stay at the best rates. Though Prima Facie this seems to be a transparent system for the customers but much is going behind the scenes which is not being bought to the knowledge of the customers or the hotel owners. Such agencies have designed their portals in a way that when a customer is searching for best options to stay, instead of showing hotels based on actual customers review, these portals are showing results based on what commission such agencies are gaining. Meaning even when a particular property is not having best of facilities, then also such property is shown first in option to customers to choose from thereby debugging them. From the point of view of a hotelier also, due to such mis operations of such agencies many hoteliers are in big trouble and many had to close down operations due to legal obligations which arose due to engaging such agencies. In short due to such non-transparent practises currently in operations the entire hospitality industry is suffering huge losses and customers are also not able to get value for his money. To resolve this burning issue, M/s. Biltmore Hospitality Private Limited has arrived at a solution wherein a transparent system would be designed for both the hoteliers and the customers.
