2S Dairy Deli Pvt It’s a one-person company started by Bhavya Raghunathan. Bhavya has more than 13 years of experience in manufacturing cheese. Started with a small unit of making cheese with 10litres of milk. Trained at NDRI to understand the best cheese making practises, the journey and art of cheese making at 2S dairy has evolved to great heights. Started with simple cheese making like Cheddar, mozzarella, under 2S dairy, we are bringing in exotic/export quality cheese variants like Feta, Gouda, Cream cheese, Ricotta, Flavored Cheddar, aged cheddar, Boconcinni, Pasta Filata..and many more new variants of cheese are being developed with best manufacturing and hygienic practices. Since the promoter of 2S dairy is a microbiologist as well as a trained Lead auditor, ISO and FSSAI rules for ingredients and hygiene are taken care in the company with utmost care and diligence. Health of consumer is taken as utmost priority at every step of cheese making process. Since the promoter of the company has worked at large organisations like Amul, KMF at their cheese plants and taken care of Amul and Nandini brands Quality and Marketing needs, the promoter is also working on the technology of yield increase in 2S Dairy to present to these large players to help them improve their costing and cut down loss so that the outcome can be passed on to the consumer with regards to the reduction in MRP. With technical know how on microbes and the milk formulation, the promoter is working on trying on methodologies during cooking and microbial formulation/coagulation timings to improve the final yield of cheese. 2S Dairy Deli is a company that was started with passion for cheese making and to promote hand made authentic cheese and cheese of best health benefits to the end consumer.
