Anurag Gupta Founder ,30 years with 9 years of experience completed MA from (TISS) Mumbai Deonar in hospital management keen to make a revolutionary change in the food industry by offering healthy and ready to eat food option which is tasty and pocket friendly. Good knowledge on marketing and can procure products based on market trends and needs quick analyzer. Akhilesh Kumar Singh technical advisor 17+ years of experience in various software companies, have worked in various top notched companies from banking to retails sectors and with his perpetual knowledge about computing language and its usage and application, helping us to implement technology for manufacturing of good, strategic location for goods best movement and placement and how to improve our day-to-day transactions with help of technology.We plan to build a strong brand concentrating on healthy foods made out of millets, oats, quinoa and other super foods hence we need your expertise in doing so. Hence, we are seeking incubation in ref to that kindly accept our proposal attached is business plan with our reason to start it We are are aware of the nutritional value of millets and their climate resilient characteristics, moreover the govt of India has termed millet as the Nutri-cereals as it has power to heal various lifestyle disease like obesity, diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease. Millets offer good source of fiber and protein, due to its easy digestible character tics it can be be given to all age group from 6-month infant to an elder too. We want to make millet as the staple to food of India like dal and rice which can be easily inculcate in our daily life. Our mission is to use technology to reduce the usage of preservatives in our items made out of millets. Our customer segment would involve all age group from 25-60 years age group people. Especially people staying in tier 1 and Metro. We plan to make ready to eat food for busy people who want something easy to prepare, tasty and pocket friendly. Now the need of the hour is to stay healthy and build immunity. Our target audience initially will be urban population, thereafter we want to revolutionary transformation in the millets sectors by taking steps to make people aware of millets on the tier 2 and tier 3 cities along with districts and villages. As people who are busy with work and other related day to day activities are out target audience who want to be fit and healthy hence millets value added products will be beneficial to them with comprehensive and strategic marketing, will target them to buy our products both through B2B module and D2C module. We plan to work in 4 verticals 1 Morning cereal 2 baby cereals 3 protein powders and healthy snack bars offering quick energy to gym goer's and someone who is wants to maintain healthy weight. 4 healthy snacks made out of millets we would make various products like noodles, muesli Avalakhi,muruku etc We aim to keep our product simple clean with no added preservatives Our Research and development team will always survey the market segment and sentiments as per consumer demand hence offering new products and discontinuing which are not accepted. We would like to make our food prints in each and every store from a small local grocery shop to malls to supermarket and to online presence through our excellent distribution partner. We at 41 foods would like to build a strong supply chain management to satisfy our end consumers with quality product which are pocket friendly with marketing research and sourcing team. In addition to it , further it can be improved if can get connected to FPO's( Farmer Producer Organization )with the help of the institute. We aim at doing intensive market awareness for the benefits of millets and its usages. Our company has been into healthy foods and its awareness . We plan to make our foot prints across Pan India and across the globe for millets making it a super food for all people of different incomes reducing the number of people who die due to (NCDs) NON COMMUNIABLE DISEASE. The biggest challenge is now to reduce the lifestyle disease happening across the globe as per the recent survey done by WHO (NCDs) NON COMMUNIABLE DISEASE kills approximately 41 million people each year equivalent to 71 % of global deaths which of course is a big number. Hence, we at 41 foods believe in reducing this number with our constant efforts and awareness program. Moreover, we will be taking steps to improve lifestyle of women in our society especially in the remote rural area working on various factors helping them to lead a comfortable life. we also plan to keep 80 percent women staff. in our office.
