(“42CS”) is a private limited company, incorporated on 17th November 2020 under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Awfis Soul Space Paradigm, 1st & 2nd Floor, B Wing, 90/2, 90/3, ORR, Munnekalau Village, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore 560037 was founded by six financial services professionals with considerable experience in all aspects of consumer banking ranging from sales & marketing, information technology, risk management, operations, and customer service. The co-founders have a combined total experience of about 150 years in banking and financial services. 42CS provides credit cards management and operations as a service to banks and other regulated entities that offer credit cards to its customers. The company provides the complete technology platform, the manpower, analytics capabilities and the processes to run the program for these card issuers.
