One of the founder members is Mr. Ajit Dharmik, formerly with ESRI, the world leader in GIS, at their Redlands, CA, USA headquarters (May 2003 to June 2013). 6Simplex was established with the sole goal of assisting government, PSU and private organisations using geospatial technology more effectively to improve their day-to-day functioning and mandated services to citizens, organisations and businesses of India. Towards this goal, 6Simplex provides consultation, software products and services to government organisations that seek to enhance their technological capabilities and ability to use location based information to aid smoother functioning and decision making, ultimately improving the services they offer to their customers, i.e. the citizens.
