9c Technology labs private limited aims to build an ecosystem of Housing societies, Service providers and Skill/Vocational Training institutions. The intent is to build a marketplace where the needs of one entity can be served by another. In order to facilitate this, we have built a comprehensive apartment management app- MySocus that we offer to members of housing societies for free (with no strings attached ). We desire to make the ecosystem localized or geo-specific. Users can leverage the geofencing-feature in the app to reach out to location-based service providers and avail affordable and essentials services at their door step with utmost ease. Our apartment management app – MySocus is aimed at serving the needs of modern-day housing-societies. Our solution acts as an enabler for them to manage their resources optimally, overcome elements that pull down their efficiency, and assist frictionless co-habitation of its members. The product comprises of functionally independent modules that are woven together to offer a comprehensive solution. While every module is quite distinct in terms of what it addresses, we have the provision to blend features from each of those to meet the exact needs of our customers.
