Teamkaro.com is a social ecommerce marketplace setup in November 2018 connecting buyers and sellers. The marketplace along with providing a fun filled and engaging environment to buyers also focuses on mitigating the issues faced by the sellers with the existing marketplaces thus treating buyers and sellers as equals. At Teamkaro.com we have developed an application that will act as an interface for buyers and sellers to engage in purchase and sale of goods and services respectively.The app uses gamification as the central theme to make the buying experience fun and rewarding for buyers through volume-based discounts and at the same time provides high sales volumes to sellers. The app has been made multi-lingual to allow the majority of Indian masses who cannot read English to be able to shop online freely in their native languages. At teamkaro.com, we aim to change the way Indian buyers and sellers engage online and in order to do that we will be required to scale our operations to all major parts of the country. This will require us to hire talent across a wide variety of skills thus generating employment within the country. We are in early stages and this recognition under the start-up India program will help us get more recognition as well as support in the Start-up ecosystem of India.
