A&R O2O was founded by four Techno-commercial experienced executives from the IT industry. With a common passion of motorcycling they found a common interest that became a reason to quit their regular jobs and form this organization, which dares to transform the ecommerce landscape in the motorcycling world. With a geometrically growing interest in motorcycling in India and similar predicted growth in all aspects of super-biking segment, it becomes even more imperative to establish a model that caters to this need in an efficient and cost effective manner. The pain of the marketplace in the motorcycling segment is well known to consumers, wherein products, parts or accessories required in the super-biking segment is heavily dependent on capital intensive stocking for it to reach a consumer. Long waits and unavailability of these goods have become de-rigueur for the lack of it, and also has encouraged spurious and substandard quality products. A&R is currently addressing these needs of the market in both B2C (online & Retail) and B2B space. We believe that there is strength in collaboration more than competition in this market, which will lead to steady increase in collective capital and capability., addressing needs of consumer. We have made small start on “Make in India” front, applying ourselves to efficient designs and cheaper manufacturing alternatives available in India. We believe strongly, given effort and time, we will be able to transform this initiative to create world-class products, and provide consumers products that they would deem value for money. Our thought leadership and approach will serve us well in creating a brand and identity of our own over time and establish us as strong player in the super biking segment not only for retail, but also a business house that would transform the Indian super-biking industry. Technologies trending in the industry will also move forward addressing needs of the super biking segment where consumer responsiveness, top class products at reasonable costs will be key to success. We believe that we need to create an organization, which works on both sides of this industry and its needs.
