AA Infinite Global Services LLP (AAIG) is a Pune-based sourcing, warehousing, and quality operations firm enabling Indian engineering and manufacturing companies to establish real-time global operations without overseas subsidiaries. AAIG has developed a first-of-its-kind model where Indian teams manage international warehouse and logistics execution remotely. For example, our ongoing 3-year project in Wixom, Michigan (USA) handles over 1,600 pallets of outbound and inbound logistics for OEMs like Detroit Diesel, Eaton, and Danfoss, all coordinated from India in real-time. This model eliminates the need for expensive U.S.-based liaison offices, reduces execution delays, and brings cost transparency—making global scale-up accessible for MSMEs. The system leverages EDI/ASN integrations, QA traceability, and smart reporting through contracted infrastructure and embedded teams. Key Projects: Wixom, MI (USA): 1,600+ pallet shipments executed with 10-day ramp-up; INR 1.2 Cr saved.
