Declaration regarding objects of the proposed company Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 As per Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, it is hereby stated that the proposed company “Team One Biotech LLP” will have the following clause as its main object: “To carry on the business of manufacturing, marketing and sale of eco-friendly products and technologies, which include microbial and nutrient based products which shall be used in the sector of industrial wastewater treatment, lake and nalla (open drain) bioremediation, fecal sludge degradation and sanitation, solid waste composting, agricultural inputs, aquaculture inputs, eco-friendly cleaning products in India for all organizations in India and Exports .” THE MAIN OBJECTS TO BE PURSUED BY THE COMPANY ON ITS INCORPORATION ARE: - 1. To carry on the business of manufacturing, marketing and sale of eco-friendly products and technologies, which include microbial and nutrient based products which shall be used in the sector of industrial wastewater treatment, lake and nalla (open drain) bioremediation, fecal sludge degradation and sanitation, solid waste composting, agricultural inputs, aquaculture inputs, eco-friendly cleaning products in India for private and government organization and across the globe. The technologies may be imported, indigenous or from domestic origin and may be brought out or developed in- house as deemed fit by the company. 2. To carry on in India or outside India the business of general merchants, traders, suppliers, importers, exporters, stores, storekeepers, removers, packers, dealers, distributors, manufacturers, franchisors, carriers, shipowners and or in any other capacity and to buy, render marketable and otherwise deal in or with wholesale or retail goods, general merchandise and other commodities of all kinds and description. 3. To carry on the business as brewers, distillers and manufacturers of and merchants and dealers on wines, spirits, beers, malt, grain, meal, yeast, acetic acid, aerated water, carbonic acid gas, and all or any such other commodities and things related thereto. 4. To undertake demonstration, Consultant work, extension work, research and development, provide technical guidance, training and expertise in various field as mentioned above in point no. 01 5. To provide consultation on commercial basis on solid waste management, augmenting the fertility of soil, bio degradable waste, Organic fertilizers, and the like, including but not limited to project formation and implementation with farmers, Government, International Agencies and various other stake holders. 6. To provide technology and marketing support for the development of rain fed, drought prone areas and marginal land through waste water treatment.
