ENCONPUNE ENERGY AND AIR SOLUTIONS is a consultancy and Project Company for all kind of Thermal Engineering Projects (Specifically in Waste Heat Recovery solutions), Thermal Engineering, Flow and Noise Control. We undertakes "Design Consultancy" as well as "Turnkey projects". We have proven Thermal designs as well as Mechanical designs which are in working at various industries. Mr. Shrikant Pawar, M.Tech (Heat Power), Director Technical is associated with heat transfer field from last two decade and have a versatile experience specially in the field of Waste Heat Recovery (WHR), Thermal Projects, Mini Steam & Hot Air / Gas Generators, Drying equipments (Tray, Rotary and Vacuum Dryers), Air Dryers, Noise control equipments (Mufflers and Silencers), Flow Switches, Level Controllers, Flow Meters Food Preservation systems. Under Engineering Services we do Air and Thermal Audits / testing, Furnace performance testing, Indoor / Outdoor Air quality testing, Flue Gas Analysis and Sound Level Testing. We Undertakes Furnace efficiency improvement program and Conducts Thermal Audits. We also organize “Industrial Training Programs” on Energy Conservation and Performance Calculations for various thermal equipments. We are doing very well in air testing and air Audits, we provide services like dew point measurement, particulate count, contamination in air, Indoor air quality testing (IAQ) along with analysis and solutions with proper remedy. One of our special feature is various services like Flue Gas Analysis, Furnace performance testing, Thermal Audits, Air Audits, Dew Point Measurement, Particulate Count, Oil Contamination in Air & Air Flow Measurement. "Flue Gas Analysis " for Verification, Monitoring & Analysis of use of Energy including submission of Technical Report containing Recommendations for Improving Energy Efficiency with Cost Benefit Analysis and an Action Plan to reduce energy consumption. Energy has highest potential for cost reduction and thermal audit of equipments is the translation of conservation ideas into realities by evolving technically feasible solutions by ENCON with economic and other organizational considerations within a specified time. Apart from minimizing energy costs or waste Thermal Audits helps in minimizing environmental effects (Pollution Levels). The company established mainly to provide services like Flue Gas Analysis, Combustion Analysis, To do project study and complete analysis for Waste Heat Recovery projects. The Director, Mr. Shrikant Pawar who is Master in Heat Power Engineering (M.E. Heat Power) and currently doing Ph D. in Thermal Field, has a vast industrial experience of around 21 years in Design and Projects. Another field of working is Industrial dryers, Hot Air / Gas Generators (Air as well as Material), these are used to efficiently process large quantities of bulk materials that need reduced moisture levels. Depending on the amount and the makeup of material needing to be dried, industrial dryers come in many different models constructed specifically for the type and quantity of material to be processed. The most common types of industrial dryers are fluidized bed dryers, rotary dryers, rolling bed dryers, conduction dryers, convection dryers, pharmaceutical dryers, suspension / paste dryers, and dispersion dryers. Various factors are considered in determining the correct type of dryer for any given application, including the material to be dried, drying process requirements, production requirements, final product quality requirements and available facility space. One of our specialty is vacuum drying, Vacuum dryer is the equipment with the help of which vacuum drying is carried out. In the pharmaceutical Industry dryer is known by a common name called vacuum oven. We design and manufacture vacuum dryers as per your requirement, all these dryers are customized and designed to suit specific requirement.
