Pi Green Innovations is a startup based out of Pune INDIA that has developed proprietary technology to combat pollution caused by Particulate Matter (PM 2.5 and PM 10) suspended in the atmosphere. PM is a class I cancer causing agent and a major cause of deaths in India.Unique Technology1. The Company has developed the Carbon Cutter Technology, which is a one of a kind 'Filterless' technology for reduction of PM emissions from vehicles and ambient air .patents have been applied in India, USA, China, Japan, Singapore and Europe.2. Based on this technology, Pi Green has created two products namely;Carbon Cutter Machine (CCM) - A Filter- less retrofit device which captures around 90% of PM from vehicular emissions. It can be retrofitted on existing 4,6,10 wheelers and gen-sets to solve the PM pollution problem.Anti-Pollution Tower - Ambient Air Purifiers that can be installed in public places like squares, dividers, parks etc. These can be customised in size and come with backlit LED panels with ample space for branding.3. The Company has installed pilots of the Anti Pollution Towers at ITO Delhi in partnership with the Delhi Govt.CNBC- TV18Pi Green had participated in Pulse the venture featured on Cnbc -TV 18 and CNN and was one of the finalist.
