AN OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS As in many other businesses around the world (both established & even start ups), the food & packaged food business is also in change mode, driven partly by the perpetuation of the pandemic & the consumer response to it reflected in changing habits in consumption & behavioral norms. Thus, the dynamics of the business has changed rapidly creating new & innovative opportunities for enterprising business owners. One such opportunity is the READY – TO – EAT (RTE), packaged food business that lends freshness, quality and hygiene, besides easy accessibility & convenience to its target consumers. Introducing the first of its kind, retailing of RTE products in urban neighborhood locations, we are starting with the launch of our services by the trademark name of B.O.W – BIRIYANI ON WHEELS, in the city of Hyderabad, rightfully considered as one of the quintessential biriyani capitals in our country. The strategic thought behind the distribution & customer outreach is to tap every potential neighborhood location to retail RTE, BIRYANI through electric tricycles, stationed at chosen high traffic locations. AAHARAA will retail food through different types of electric vehicles that consumers can access easily at lunch time. WHAT ARE AAHARAA’S BUSINESS OBJECTIVES IN THIS START UP VENTURE? • To create profitable business opportunities for all those who are keen to set up a small business of their own but are far less facilitated or lack the expertise for running & sustaining a successful business • To create multiple small business franchisees and help turn it into micro entrepreneurs • To empower a business franchisee to grow in income with sustainability as a key element of the business model • To provide quality RTE products, with backward integration & collaboration with an accredited & quality kitchen supply chain • To impart business skills to business franchisees to start, build & sustain revenues • Intention & capability to make every franchisee/ partner profitable from day one • To create employment growth within the organization as we expand the business to every potential location in Hyderabad & then move on to other metros in South India • Hand holding of franchisees to develop a mindset as ‘’job creators’’ with profitable earnings.
