The business of LLP shall be:  To carry on in India or elsewhere the business of trading, importing, exporting, buying, selling, reselling, supplying, distributing, marketing, wholesaling, retailing, and dealing in all kinds of petroleum and petrochemical products including but not limited to hydrocarbon oil, distillate oil, lubricants, fuel oils, furnace oils, mineral oils, heating oils, diesel, kerosene, aviation fuel, solvents, light diesel oil, heavy diesel oil, naphtha, and other allied products whether in crude, refined, blended, or processed form and to act as dealers, commission agents, importers, exporters, indenting agents, representatives, distributors or stockiest of such products.  To undertake and carry on all activities incidental or ancillary to the main business including transportation, storage, warehousing, packaging, handling, transit insurance, marketing support services, and liaison activities related to petroleum and petrochemical products, and to establish storage facilities, tank farms, bonded warehouses, and distribution points, whether owned, leased or hired, in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.  To procure all necessary licenses, approvals, consents and permits from competent authorities for the lawful carrying on of the said business and to comply with all statutory requirements and conditions as may be applicable under Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO), Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Customs Act, and any other applicable law for the time being in force.  To enter into contracts, collaborations, joint ventures, technical or financial agreements with any individuals, companies, firms, governmental or semi-governmental bodies or other organizations in India or abroad for achieving the aforesaid objects.  To do all such other lawful acts, deeds, matters, and things as may be necessary, incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above obje
