Skill development has been considered one of the critical aspects for job creation in India. India has unique demographic advantage with more than 60% of the population is in young age group. But in order to get dividend from such large workforce, employ-ability has to be improved. As per current statistics only 10% of the fresh graduates are employable and rest of the 90% lack skills required for eligible to be hired by corporate. India’s GDP is growing at a great rate of around 6-8% but job creation is not catching up with it. Ability Quiver enables interaction between technocrats having similar skill set so as to create a symmetric flow of knowledge, feedback, improvements etc to graduates lacking with the required eligibility and hence will be helping and enabling them to acquire jobs with in their country or from abroad. In the last few years skill development is a new trend to watch -- Creating new opportunities and skilled technocrats through a service oriented architecture (SOA) is the ultimate goal Ability Quiver would be aiming. Skill development program can be defined in standardized framework. Any candidate looking to undergo training Should appear for online assessments based on actual learning. Online assessments can be completed in stipulated time-frame and results are available to candidate online. Examiner will also share feedback about performance and area of improvements in the assessments.
