ABS AEROSPACE PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated on 23-July-2024 with a dream of providing safe and comfortable air travel services to general public. The company has been established by Air Commodore Anil Kumar Sinha, Vir Chakra (Retd). Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha is an ex-Indian Air Force Operational Military Pilot and Administrator. During his service career, he commanded the prestigious VVIP Air Force station at Palam, flying and conducting flights for The President, Vice President, Prime Minister and Heads of State of other countries. He was awarded The Gallantry award of ‘Vir Chakra’ for a Helicopter Gunship Air Strike during Kargil Operations by The President of India on 15 Aug 1999. With this object in mind, the company has started its journey with the launch of Char Dham Yatra by Helicopter and is under process to acquire a helicopter namely, Airbus H-125 model Helicopter. The helicopter is considered safest in the world for journey involving high mountain terrains. It can accommodate upto 6 passengers in a single flight. Further in the next 5 years the company is expecting to add another 4 helicopters for the purposes of providing Personal Charter services and Char Dham Yatra services to Private Individuals, Corporate Groups, Medical travel and Government organizations.
