We are a Talent Development & Management company, which has been designed, foreseeing the challenges of freshers, through our innovative platform, www.myfirstboss.com. There was a time when India was noted as a center of education, where child’s education included equal importance to its basic human traits in initial stages of its life. Along with imparting right education, it infused into their minds, the urge to come and get best from here. now, The entire system of education has become so submissive and automated that it looks predominantly academic and theoretical. Our system rarely rewards originality, it rather dispirits it. Students graduating from branded Universities, fail to bag desired career choice. Also, it doesn’t help in identifying their overall employability skills to map their interests. While education may make one eligible for a job but to be successful in professional life, one will have to demonstrate good Employability skills which is a blend of generic and technical skills. We help them to enhance such skills and provide relevant connectivity with the industry for being successful in their career. We have designed such innovative programs which help young professionals to have an edge for employers who would prefer candidates having such employability skills coupled with academic qualifications over ones with only academic qualifications. Our vision is to make youth/fresher across the world employable, fortunately coinciding with the vision of NSDC, India. We intend to connect with such employers to understand their needs and connect them with right match through our technology platform.
